When labour starts

True pains grow stronger and closer. Green waters mean come now.

If this is happening now

Do not finish the recording first. Go to a clinic or hospital.

Leave with this

True labour grows longer, stronger, and closer. It does not fade when you lie down.
First birth: about every five minutes for an hour, then come. Sooner if you live far.
Green, brown, or bloody waters mean come immediately. Do not push at home.
